Sonja John has over sixteen years of experience in the medical spa industry and a degree in Health Education from Western Oregon University. In 2006, she furthered her education at the prestigious Euro Institute of Skin Care. She has made continued education a priority and has taken numerous classes including advanced esthetics and laser physics, and has worked under and learned from countless doctors. In addition, she has attended multiple product classes and holds certifications in Epionce, Obagi, and Rhonda Allison.
Sonja enjoys learning and understands the complexities of the skin. Her favorite part of the job is helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Sonja loves to smile, her easy going and caring nature help clients feel taken care of and comfortable.

Advanced Esthetician
Tiffany Lippold originally began her career with a degree from Oregon State University in Fashion Merchandising. Although she loved styling, fashion, and helping her clients feel confident from the outside, her true passion was found in helping others find their beauty from within.
Tiffany has been working in the Medical Spa Industry for 14 years and has taken numerous advanced esthetic courses under doctors, laser trainers, and skincare professionals. She holds a variety of certificates in esthetics including laser physics, micro-needling, and advanced chemical peels. She enjoys pampering her clients with relaxing facial treatments but her favorite treatments to perform include Vivace and Photofacials because she loves seeing dramatic results in the skin.
Tiffany’s upbeat personality will make you feel very welcome and comfortable. She considers it a blessing and a privilege to work closely with her clients, to educate them and help them achieve their skincare goals for healthy, beautiful skin.

Kaitie graduated from the prestigious Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics School in Tigard, Oregon. Having struggled with acne for many years and working with her own esthetician, she eventually decided that she loved the profession and wanted to help others get healthier clearer skin as well. She not only is able to empathize with her clients, but she understands the struggle and enjoys the challenge of finding a personalized treatment plan for each client. She has a passion for helping people look and feel their best and enjoys doing targeted based facials to help improve and enhance one's natural beauty.
When not working, Kaitie enjoys quality time with her husband doing pretty much anything in nature. She lives an active lifestyle, which includes exercise, eating healthy, and a lot of outdoor activities. Some of her favorite activities include hiking, horseback riding, skiing, and kayaking.
Kaitie’s fun sense of humor, strong work ethic, and dedication can’t be missed. Not only will you enjoy your time with her, but you will rest assured that you are in strong capable hands!
Maci Van Dyke
Advanced Esthetician
Maci graduated from Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics school in Tigard Oregon. She chose to become an esthetician because she has always had a passion for skincare and the science behind it. She enjoys continued education classes and just spending time researching ingredients, new products and treatments.
Maci struggled with her own skin and can really empathize with her clients. She understands the frustrations that come with having acne along with the toll it can take on one’s confidence and self-esteem. It’s her goal to not only help improve her client’s skin, but to create a comfortable and compassionate environment in the treatment room.
When not at work Maci enjoys hanging out with friends and family, spending time outdoors hiking, going to the beach, and camping. She also loves to travel and explore new places! Maci’s sweet smile and upbeat spirit is sure to brighten your day. She is very excited and grateful to be able to help you through your skincare journey.
Heather Aerni
Licensed Esthetician
Heather Aerni graduated from Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics School in Tigard, Oregon. She has 20 years of patient experience in the dental field, but has found her true passion in esthetics. She can empathize with her clients as she has struggled with her own skin issues and will work hard to help others achieve their skin care goals. No matter what brings someone in, her clients always leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and restored.
Heather holds advanced certifications in chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, nano facials, and lymphatic drainage. She is motivated by continuing her education and devoted to product knowledge as she enjoys learning how to customize services and working with sensitive skin. When she isn't working on skin she enjoys spending time with her husband Spike, son Ace, and her family. She also loves watching documentaries and traveling.
Heather's enthusiasm and dedication shine when she is working with clients. Each person will feel cared for, listened to, and comfortable in her very capable hands.
